I have quite a few TBR books that are part of a series, but in this case I narrowed it down to only series I have started. It unfortunately didn’t narrow it down by a huge amount, but here are just five of the books on my TBR that are part of a series that I am looking forward to continuing with.

Read by the visionary dreamweaver himself, I really loved TerrorTome, and find it highly entertaining, so as soon as this popped up on my Audible, I snagged it. Looking forward to returning to the series.
Whispers Under Ground by Ben Aaronovitch

I often remember this series, then remember how much I enjoyed it, then remember I actually have book 3 just sitting there, waiting. I really do want to get into this one again, as I found Rivers of London 1 & 2 to be fun, enjoyable reads with some really good characters.

I jumped into this series straight at book 6, and absolutely loved it. The characters, plot and writing were exactly what I want from a romance, so I immediately picked up the first book, and no doubt once I’ve read this, it’ll be onto the second.
Guards! Guards! by Terry Pratchett

I know Discworld is the type of series where you can pick up any of the books in almost any order – the first one I ever read was Small Gods, which is book 13 – but the only one before this I haven’t read is Pyramids, so I do want to check that out before diving into Guards! Guards!.

I really liked Act I of this series, and plan to read them all. I definitely tend to really enjoy these kind of full cast audios, and they’re a really great way to experience a book I’m familiar with in a different way.
Five books, all on my TBR, all part of various series’ I’ve read and enjoyed. I really need to try and pick these up and continue with the series’ here, too. What about you? Do you have many series books on your TBR?
