The Book Blogger Hop was originally created by Jennifer @ Crazy-For-Books in March 2010 and ended on December 31, 2012. With Jennifer’s permission, it was relaunched on February 15, 2013 by Billy @ Ramblings of a Coffee Addict. Each week the hop will start on a Friday and end the following Thursday. There will be a weekly prompt featuring a book related question. The hop’s purpose is to give bloggers a chance to follow other blogs, learn about new books, befriend other bloggers, and receive new followers to your own blog.
Do you post negative reviews? Do you promote those reviews if you post?

I do post negative reviews. I think negative reviews are as vital as positive ones. And people have different ideas about what a ‘negative’ review is. The only time I don’t is during blog tours, in which case I might post a mini-review and follow up later. Negative reviews might just be because I, personally, didn’t click with it, in which case the things I disliked might be what someone else loves about the book.
As for promoting them, I’ll tweet as I usually do, but maybe with less hashtags, and I never tag the author in reviews anyway.
