Do you still enjoy reading children’s books?

I do, though I don’t get the chance to read them that often. That said, I do find myself picking up more Middle Grade books now and then, and I think I enjoy these more than younger books. There is some crossover, of course, as books can sometimes slot in nicely between Children’s and Middle Grade, more-so with these than I tend to see with Middle Grade and YA.
But yes, I still find that Children’s books can still be really fun, and I enjoy seeing the way books have evolved since I was a kid, with much more diversity now and a bigger variety in the types of stories told. I don’t go out of my way to read Children’s/Middle Grade, but sometimes I get them as ARCs and it’s rare I don’t enjoy actually reading them – they can be really fun and refreshing, especially compared to some of the darker Adult books I read!
So yes, I do still enjoy reading children’s books and I think it’s a great way to read something less demanding, that can still be enjoyable and thoughtful, and it’s great to have book recommendations for both the kids and parents in your lives.
