Following on from my updates post yesterday, where I mentioned creating my own reading challenge for 2024, I thought it’d be good to show you the prompts for said reading challenge. It’s hosted on Storygraph, but of course you are more than welcome to use it even if you’re not on there, and please feel free to keep me updated in your posts about it! When I looked at reading challenges last year, I was surprised there wasn’t a Musicals one already, and as the year went on I gave more and more thought to creating one myself. So, here it is! You can find the challenge on Storygraph here.

I haven’t yet decided on my books for this challenge (though I definitely have some ideas!) as I want to see what I end up finishing by the end of the year. I think I’m going to have lots of fun picking them out though, and I’m looking forward to starting this challenge. What do you think? I admit it started getting harder to think of prompts, partly because I also limited myself only to musicals I’ve seen, but it really was a lot of fun going through them and thinking how to match up songs to the prompts themselves!
Feel free to take part in whichever way you choose, and I would love to see the books you use for these.
