Whatever you’re doing today, I hope it’s full of your favourite things for this time of the year. Initially, I was going to try and do all 31 days of December for Blogmas, but I have run out of time, so this will be my last proper Blogmas post. Depending on how things go, the blog might go a little quiet between now and the New Year, but if it does I’ll be back come January!

Why I Want to Read: I love musicals, I love the theatre, and I’m always fascinated to hear about behind the scenes. It’s great to see a book highlighting those involved in a production who don’t often get the spotlight in the same way the actors do.

Why I Want to Read: I’m ashamed to say I’ve yet to read a full book by Hailey Piper! I’ve read and loved some of her short stories, and I have no doubt this book is going to be a really great horror read.

Why I Want to Read: I really should have read this by now – the blurb is intriguing, the cover is stunning, and again, I’ve heard good things about this one.
These are just some of my 2023 release titles I haven’t got around to yet, but I think I’m going to try and read at least some of these in the early part of 2024. They’re all titles that I’ve been looking forward to, just for one reason or another (usually timing) I haven’t picked them up yet! I’d love to hear what 2023 release you haven’t read yet, that you really want to make the time for next year.
